What types of insurance do you accept?

We currently accept all forms of Kentucky Medicaid, we do not accept Medicare or private insurance.

Do you accept couples at your facility?

Yes, we accept couples. Each individual will receive a personalized treatment plan while also considering the couple’s relationship dynamics.

Do you provide detox services?

No, we do not offer detox services. Clients are required to complete detox before being admitted to our program.

Are there costs or house fees for the program?

Yes, there are house fees associated with the program. The fees can vary depending on the services provided and the length of stay. We can discuss payment options during your intake process.

What is the daily schedule for classes?

Our classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. These classes are an integral part of our individualized treatment approach.

What kind of treatment approach do you use?

We provide individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs. This includes a mix of evidence-based therapies, group support, and educational classes.

Can we participate in the program together as a couple?

Yes, couples can participate together, but each person will have their own treatment plan. Couples counseling may be available depending on individual needs.

Is there a curfew at the facility?

Yes, we have a curfew. Sunday through Thursday, the curfew is 10 PM, and on Friday and Saturday, it is 11 PM. These rules help maintain a structured and safe environment.

When can I start working while in the program?

Clients can begin working after 14 days in the program. However, you are required to have a sponsor before starting work.

What is the structure of the program?

Our program is structured in phases, with each phase lasting 3 months. This phased approach helps ensure a gradual and sustained recovery process.

What is the admission process like?

The admission process begins with a phone assessment to determine your needs and suitability. If you’re a good fit, we’ll guide you through the necessary paperwork and prepare for your arrival.

Are there any requirements before admission?

Yes, clients must complete detox before admission. Additionally, a commitment to following program rules and actively participating in all required activities is essential. Once this is complete you will be required to do a Psychosocial with one of our licensed clinicians.
